Agreement

By using shop.closet-maestro.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Ordering

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We accept the offer when we send the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment if:

  • The item is out of stock
  • We can't fulfill the customization request
  • The order appears fraudulent
  • The shipping address is outside our service area
  • There's a pricing error

If we cancel an order, you receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices in USD. We display prices clearly on every product page. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Payment

Payment is required at order placement. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Shopify Payments. We do not accept checks or money orders.

For builder accounts on NET terms, payment terms are negotiated separately and require prior approval.

Shipping and risk of loss

Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier delivers the order. Damage during transit should be reported within 48 hours per the Shipping Policy.

Warranty

See the Refund Policy for our warranty terms. We disclaim any other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inland CNC LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Measuring correctly
  • Verifying compatibility with your closet and your wall construction
  • Safe and proper installation
  • Compliance with local building codes if applicable

We provide measurement guidance but we don't measure your closet or install your kit.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, copy, photos, product designs — is owned by Inland CNC LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any of it without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes go to the courts of Kittitas County, Washington.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on the site with a revised "last updated" date.
