What you get past the code

Once we know each other, the relationship gets more useful.

  • NET terms on repeat orders. We invoice, you pay on your normal AP cycle.
  • Route delivery on central WA jobs. If we're already running a truck to your site for a different build, your parts ride along, no charge.
  • Direct line to the shop. Text or call with sizing questions, last-minute adds, or "I need 4 more shelves Friday." Real cabinet shop, real phone numbers.
  • White-glove option. If you want us to deliver, level, and anchor, we'll quote it. Bills as a separate install line on the same job.
  • Custom sizing. Standard catalog is 96 inch shelves and rods. Need different? Let us know, we'll quote it.

Q: How do I get NET terms? A: Place 2-3 paid orders first. We'll set up NET-15 after that's clean.

Q: Can I order with a PO? A: Yes, on NET accounts. Email the PO to charlie@closet-maestro.com.

Q: Will-call pickup at your shop? A: Yes. Free. Ellensburg shop, weekday afternoons. We'll text you when it's ready.

Q: Can you deliver to my jobsite? A: Within 50 miles of Ellensburg, yes. Free over $199 order minimum. Outside the local zone we quote freight per job.

Q: Can you cut to non-standard lengths? A: Yes. Just tell us in the cart notes, or call. We'll quote the cut.

Q: What's the BUILDER10 cap? A: No cap. Stack it on as many orders as you want. We'll revisit at volume.
