Who we are
Closet Maestro To Go is operated by Inland CNC LLC (DBA Closet Maestro), a Washington State LLC based in Ellensburg, Washington.
Information we collect
We collect the following when you place an order, sign up for the newsletter, or contact us:
- Name, email, phone, and shipping/billing address (for fulfilling your order)
- Order details (what you bought, when, for how much)
- Payment information (handled by Shopify Payments — we don't see card numbers)
- Communication you send us (email, contact form submissions)
We also collect basic site analytics through Shopify's built-in analytics: pages visited, device type, referring site. This is aggregate data.
How we use it
- To fulfill and ship your order
- To contact you about your order
- To send marketing emails (only if you opt in)
- To respond to customer service requests
- To improve our products and site
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Shopify (our ecommerce platform and payment processor)
- Shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, freight LTL — only the info needed to deliver)
- Our email service provider (Shopify Email)
- Authorities if required by law

Our site uses cookies for shopping cart functionality, login sessions, and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site won't work correctly.
Your rights
You can:
- Request a copy of the personal data we have on you
- Request deletion of your data (we'll comply unless we have a legal obligation to retain it, e.g., tax records)
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time (one click in any marketing email)

Our site is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
