Shipping methods

We ship via two methods depending on where you live and what you ordered.

Local pickup (Ellensburg, WA). Free. After your order is cut, we'll text/email you to schedule a pickup window — typically a weekday afternoon. Bring a vehicle that can carry 96-inch shelves.

Parcel shipping (continental United States). Flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Ships via UPS or USPS with tracking, 3-7 business days transit time after we cut.

Freight (oversized orders). Larger orders ship LTL freight rather than parcel. If yours does, you'll see "Quoted shipping" at checkout. We'll send a freight quote within 1 business day; you can approve or cancel. Curbside delivery, no install. Transit 5-10 business days.

Lead times

All orders are cut to order. Standard lead time is 7 business days from order to ready. Custom-sized or non-catalog-color orders add 1-2 days.

What we don't ship

International orders, PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii (call us if you need AK/HI).

Shipping damage

Inspect on delivery. Photo + email within 48 hours. We re-cut and re-ship at no charge.
